Are you a passionate horsewoman with a story to tell? 🐴✨

We’re thrilled to announce an open call for submissions for our 8th issue of Equestrienne Magazine.

 

Submission Guidelines

We are looking for positive, inspirational, and authentic stories from horsewomen of all walks of life, locations, and disciplines. Whether you’re a rider, breeder, trainer, artist, author, creative, or business owner within the equestrian space—we want to hear from you!

Here’s what we’re looking for in your submission:

• Word Count: Minimum of 800 words

• Photos: A selection of high-resolution photos (make sure you’ve taken them or have permission from the photographer to send them to print)

• Tone: Warm and conversational. First person POV accepted

• Share your unique experiences, challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned. Be featured in a high quality, woman-owned, Australian made and printed publication.

Our target audience is horsewomen, horse lovers and equestrian professionals of all ages, from all disciplines. We love to feature the diverse and dynamic lives of horsewomen worldwide who share our passion. If you fit this description, we encourage you to share your story with us! Giddy up and start writing!

We will contact you if your submission is chosen for print. We often plan issues well in advance and your submission will be held on file for future consideration also, so please only submit articles and ideas once.
